Micron level needled felt filter bag processing method:

A. Five-wire stitch type
1, the use of non-silicone oil cooling high speed industrial sewing machine production, will not produce silicone oil pollution.
2. the pouch opening is no needle eye for resulting in lateral leakage.
3. The labels labeled with product specifications on the filter bag are all selected in a way that is easy to remove, so as to prevent the pollution of the filtrate by labels.
4, filtration accuracy range from 1 micron to 200 micron, the material is divided into polyester, polypropylene filter bag.
5.Argon arc welding technology of iron ring. The filter bag made of this kind of ring can be installed in the equipment to improve the sealing degree and reduce the probability of side leakage. Plastic ring mouth can also be used, which is closely combined with the filter.

B. Hot melt type: to ensure that the filter bag has the best bonding strength, prevent leakage.
The bottom, side and collar of the filter bag are welded by hot melt method. Ensure that the filter bag is not affected by other production accessories.

2, the product specifications and models are marked in the bag mouth, convenient for users to distinguish, the bag mouth is equipped with a handle, more convenient for users to replace.
